Join us at Critter Castle for role-playing games of all varieties, no matter your experience! We welcome everyone to come and take part in rolling some dice.
For the new adventurers, join an active community of role-playing game fans, willing to help players of all backgrounds. Talk with Dungeon Masters and join character building sessions, where your character ideas can begin to come to life and the rules can be broken down into bite-sized chunks! Get ready to roll your first D20, cast your first Fireball and take part in your first epic adventure!
If you are a more seasoned veteran, a new adventure may await! Join a one-page RPG game, such as Honey Heist or Big Gay Orcs - throwing you into unexpected situations with surprising twists. Alternatively, try your hand with another RPG system - from Shadowrun and Call of Cthulhu all the way to Dungeons and Doggos, there is something for everyone at Critter Castle!
Perhaps you'd like to be a Dungeon Master and run your own game? All of our D&D sessions are run by other castle-goers, and more volunteers are always welcome! If you have some homebrew you're looking to run, another system you have always wanted to try, or are simply curious about stepping behind the DM screen for the first time - everyone is welcome!
Battletech
New for Critter Castle 5 was a table-top wargames area with a games table kitted out for drop in games of Battletech, stompy robots included. Feel free to bring your own armies and arrange your own games of 40k, Marvel Crisis Protocol or whatever else! More on Battletech here.
Board games
Take some time out to chill and play a board game. Or maybe you've not had a chance to play a game you've recently bought? Bring it along, this is the perfect time! From Dobble to Smallworld to Escape from Colditz, there's something for everyone.
